"We always stay at this wonderful bed and breakfast when we are visiting Patzcuaro. The best location, very quiet, wonderful gardens and the rooms have all the amenities we need for a comfortable restful getaway. The staff is very professional, bilingual and a daily breakfast is included too."

"The towels were dirty, one had a either dry blood or feces in it. The driveway had trash in it, empty bottles of soda and such. But the worst part is that when I arrived they gave me a room that was already being used by another guest and lost about half an hour waiting for them to figure out what room they had"

"No ac or splitter,ceiling fans in are room everything else are ok very good staff and best breakfast served every morning very good service thank you and good live music Friday night with a good drink "

"My only complaints were that there was no night stand on the side of the bed I slept on. Very inconvenient..for water glasses, book etc. Also, not enough hooks in the bathroom . Other than that it is an absolutely stunning property with outstanding views."

"El staff es muy servicial pero no eaperen que funcione como hotel de cadena con servicio las 24 horas del día. El único detalle es que la regadera tiraba mucha agua hacia el piso del cuarto de baño. Las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado, las noches que fuimos fueron frescas entonces no tuvimos problema, pero punto a conaiderar."
