Amazing in every way. The beauty of waking around is unlike any other. When we got there after a long day of traveling we had just missed the lunchtime to eat, and when went to shower the handle broke off- this is not a complaint. First they extended lunch without being asked and fixed the shower within minutes. From there on everything was amazing. If you want to experience a more home like setting with welcoming host away from all the tourist this is the place for you! Beautiful farmhouse only 30 minutes outside of Florence. Home prepared meals with local or home grown produce on fine antique china. Overlooks mountains and Vineyards. Host cater to your preferences and very knowledgeable about area. The rooms had a great rustic look and feel of the Tuscany country side plus breakfast offered was awesome and extremely good. I would recommend staying there and definitely would book it again.
We only stayed one night at this place but we really enjoyed it. Very cool vibes. Only downside is that getting to the room feels a bit complicated since it's in a different building than the lobby.

This is a great hotel in the heart of Florence. You literally get out of the door into everything you would need and want, including all the most amazing main attractions. A few steps from Il Duomo. Beautiful rooms, great service and they also have an adjacent rooftop restaurant and bar to watch the most beautiful sunset.
We have stayed at Silla prior to this visit and love the Hotel. The area is a perfect walk to the center of Florence but it is off the busy streets and very quiet. The staff is always very accommodating, willing to help in any way they can. They serve breakfast daily and it is a very nice way to start your busy day. The rooms are large and comfortable and also very quiet, affording a nice night's sleep after a busy day of touring.

This hotel was great. The breakfast was awesome. The location was perfect for walking the city as well as having great access to the train station. I also noticed a lot of the walking tours began in the area so it was convenient. Food choices everywhere and many many convenient stores nearby. The staff was great!
On Sunday 28 Sept, 2014, I arrived with my family at the Rosso Hotel, Firenze. When the Hotel Rep (Phillipo) asked for my hotel reservation and Passport, I realized that all my money and Passport was stolen from my purse. It happened apparently before I left Venice, at the St. Lucia train station when I departed to Firenze. I felt so miserable, but the hotel Rep was so understanding and polite. He accepted the only ID I had. He apologized on behalf of his country, and provided me directions...
I had a great experience here that far exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect, just a short walk from major tourist attractions. The morning breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety to start the day. One standout feature was the complimentary snacks and drinks in the minibar—such a thoughtful touch that truly enhanced the experience.

Room was spacious and clean. Its tough to get to if you have a taxi or driver because it is on a narrow street you will have to get out in the square and walk over, but the walk is extremely short. There is only one iron in the hotel and sometimes it is shared between multiple hotels in the area. Those were the only downsides other than that i recommended this hotel also great breakfast
This was our second stay at this hotel. It is in great condition. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast is very nice as well....there is a wide range of options, all displayed beautifully. The best part about the hotel might be the location. It is in the heart of town, just steps from the Duomo but also seems off the beaten path and remains very quiet.
