10/10 Exceptional

Perfect hotel for my family vacation. Had everything I look for in a hotel - convenient location to the main sites, comfortable bed, good shower pressure, hair dryer, and extras that were awesome like the rooftop bar that offers a beautiful view at night of the Duomo. Also just a really cute overall hotel with swings at the entrance and fun decor. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m ever in Florence again.

The location was good, tram access from the train station was not far and easy. Amenities and gym was great. Main issue was the rooms are not sound proof. We could hear the noise from outside and the people upstairs were so heavy footed.

Very nice hotel in a nice part of town. The best two features were the pool overlooking Florence and the gym, also with fantastic views.

Wonderful rooftop pool with a fantastic view of the city. The gym also has a great view over the city. Unfortunately, the bed was very noisy and squeaky whenever you moved.

6/10 Good

Location was good. The room was ok except I tripped over the little step going into the bathroom. Very poor lighting in the bathroom. The lights in the bedroom did not all work. The staff did not maintain the coffee in bedroom. Breakfast was very good.

I had a great stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the hotel is conveniently located in a quiet sector accessible by public transportation and 10 to 15 minutes walking distance to main attracttions. It has a terrace with an amazing panoramic view of the city, a bar and a swimming pool. There are numerous spaces to hang out and work, and a lovely patio with great ambience.
