Excellent hotel in a great location in Florence. Walking distance to all attractions as well as a local laundromat. Staff were extremely friendly, helpful and full of great recommendations. One receptionist even called a restaurant to make a booking for dinner whilst we checked into our room. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the buffet breakfast selection was great.

The staff is amazing (like the nicest people you look forward to seeing on your way in and out), the location is ideal with it being so close to the Trevi and a short walk to the Spanish Steps, as well as the Pantheon. There was a fantastic grocery story right there that looks small, but is actually huge and public transportation is very close to take you anywhere you want to go that is further away. Only one thing, I wish the AC worked a bit better. We were there during a heat wave, but I was grateful they had AC. I would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone.
