"Unfortunately, there was construction right next door that made access occasionally problematic. Parking was adequate and covered (basement). The room was modern and large, but the shower was small (with all the room at the entrance, some of that should have been used to make the shower actually adequate of even luxurious). "A lovely hotel with a stunning view from our room on the fifth floor. Reception staff were cheerful and helpful. Used the “funicolare” several times to avoid the steep walk to or from the historical centre. Enjoyed dinner outside on 4th floor terrace ( same location as breakfast). Only negative was that the room air conditioner could not cope with the outside heat of June. Note there is no bottled water or kettle or fridge in the room. "The service is incredibly!!! Close to the downtown Capri !!! The pool is not as the photo shown as big , no need to have high expectation on their inhouse pool ~ Yet , the hotel is close to the amazing marina piccola beach !!! Top level in the world !!! Check it out !!!"

We had a car (easy to park in their parking lot) but did take the public bus to/from Sorrento as it stops right in front of the hotel. Ate at the pool restaurant as well as the main restaurant and food was great overall! Spent time at the pool each day of our stay, which was a big treat given the warm temperatures!
