We had such a wonderful stay at B&B Il Nido! It’s a small, charming, family-owned bed and breakfast, and you can really feel the care and hospitality from the moment you arrive. The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, and they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable—especially traveling with our baby, Gemma. They even provided a Pack ’n Play for her to sleep in, which made traveling with a baby so much easier!

The room was very clean, spacious and in good condition. The owner was kind and extremely helpful helping us understand the town, excursion opportunities (there is a ferry for Capri just steps from the front door) and provided discounts for restaurants and Ercolano/Herculaneum. She was also able to provide an in house taxi service which was punctual and professional. There are many excellent restaurants within a few meters of the front door and the entire town is warm and curious about...
Me nd my Husband had such an amazing time at San Cristoforo felt like a honeymoon, the property is very well kept nd the rooms are very luxurious nd we also had the vesivius View which was amazing. Overall it felt like a palace, staff was very friendly nd helpful, also the breakfast nd dinner beyond delicious nd very romantic dinner. Outside the property only has few places u can eat and best spot was the Rooftop lounge. Thank you will definitely visit again!!!
Nice rooms and a nice, accommodating staff. The hotel itself is not in the best area and is a train ride/ taxi ride away from most things in Naples. They supposedly have a shuttle service to the city center, but they were not running it while we were there. The Spa was relaxing, although some of the "relax" packages were not really explained much beforehand. The Mirmare is a lovely hotel with a unique experience. Firstly, it's in Positano which is gorgeous and has fantastic food. We had called ahead because the town of Positano is a little confusing to get around. The Miramare had a porter flag us down when we got close. The journey to the hotel was amazing as we walked down long flights of steps. We stopped at the front desk while the porter took our luggage ahead. Loved this place! It was in a perfect hilltop setting with the most beautiful panoramic views... the rooms are gorgeous and the entire staff goes out of their way to accommodate your every need!!!! Would definitely go back!!!!
We stayed here recently, family of four with two kids. The hotel is neat and clean, modern looking and the the food is amazing, especially the buffet breakfast which is included in the price. The location can't be beat, it's right in front of the pompei ruins and there are awesome food places right near the hotel. The staff were amazing too. I would love to stay again at this hotel.
This hotel was above and beyond... from the second we walked in, the staff ensured we felt like we are on vacation. They assisted us with as many things as possible. The path winding through the cliffs to the small bar and lounge chairs along the water is very unique. Very small wading pool on upper terrace. Classic double room was small and non-descript. Disappointed with the size of balcony and the sea view from room!
This was our first visit to Sorrento. The hotel was beautiful with a great full breakfast. Room was spacious, staff was friendly & the housekeepers sweet. We had dinner twice in the rooftop dinning room overlooking the bay. The sunset was amazing. The waitstaff friendly , the food five star. We also danced to the music which made it very romantic. Lovely place
Loved the view. If you are looking for the best view on the Amalfi coast you will have it here. Staff was amazing. AC was best on the trip for sure of all hotels over 3 weeks in Italy!!!
Only thing bad, the caesar salad at the pool was HOT, like it was horrible. Please dont feed that anymore unless it comes chilled with the chicken on top. The salad should not be HOT!!
Will reccomend the hotel to MANY others, but not the HOT salad!!
Room was really nice and quiet, staff was amazing and the location is good as long as you want to me close to the train station.
