CX is a very new facility... so new that our Welcome Pickup's driver didn't know it existed until he dropped us off there. This is a hotel with hostel-like amenities... large kitchen... large work out room... large social rooms, etc. Front desk was extremely helpful with restaurant suggestions and holding our luggage in a locked locker for 1/2 day while we took a train to Pompey after we checked out of our room. Breakfast buffet offered for a small fee was simply AMAZING!

This is an excellent hotel. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed four nights and left the city for Sorrento. On the way back from Sorrento to Rome, we stopped at Naples for visiting Chapel of Sansevero. The hotel was very kind to offer us free luggage storage. We highly appreciate that. Beautiful hotel, very clean, modern decor, and aesthetic. Nice bar. All of the staff were so friendly and welcoming to my boyfriend and me. We were staying in Italy for a couple of days and luckily chose the perfect place. I didn't know how to work the lights at first, but one of the girls up front came up to my room and showed me, with no complaints. Couldn't ask for better service. Staff gave us complimentary drinks and ordered a taxi for us at 4 am for our early flight. Wish we could've stayed for breakfast, but I'm sure that's good too!
