"Very welcoming, lovely knowledge staff, large room, clean and tidy, big shower. Easy to find, close to shopping mall and to central to everything. "

"The hallway and the room was clean and tidy. Comes with complimentary tea and coffee. Beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. We were very happy with it. We would definitely book here again if we are staying in Rotorua longer. My only complaint was the shower drain appears to be blocked. We have had to stop mid shower to allow water to drain otherwise it will overflow out of the shower. Also unfortunately the guests next door were very loud until midnight they appear to be a few families booked together several doors from our room. Even though we were at the very end of the hallway their loud voices echo and bounce. Not the property’s fault of course. But maybe could do with a reminder not to make noise after a certain time out of respect for other guests who are tired from traveling. But other than that it was comfortable and clean. The restaurants and shops are minutes away so very accessible."

"Room a bit small but ok for single person on a business trip. Shower VERY small. Clean and quiet with comfortable bed. Easy walking to Eat Street and other activities. Disappointed that Pools were closed for maintenance"

"Beautiful hotel. There was a mix up with check in. I was told that I coujd have early check in by Ella through email. But when we arrived, there wasn't any record of it. So we had to wait over an hour before our room was ready. Other than that, it was pleasant "
