Mascota is a traditional Puebla with cathedral and central plaza. The hotel is located directly across from the church. Church bells ring to summon parishioners for morning and evening services. Casa Angeles is awell maintained traditional building with modern interior amenities and details in room. Buffet breakfast was well done. Location is easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and the archeological museum. Hotel was perfect for my travel plans.

I stayed there for 9 days with my fiancé . The customer service was excellent ,the room was clean,and well kept. The neighborhood is very upscale and quiet. There is a pharmacy ,a bar ,and a store (Oxxo) right next door to the hotel so everything is close by if you need to stock up on beer or other drinks and hit the beach.Also ,the Hotel is a great place to get a good night sleep. This hotel is very traditional. It was clean, cute and close to everything. The staff was very helpful and gracious. Our casita had a huge antique key .... we never had to worry about losing it😉.
We had a wonderful stay. The location is unbeatable, just around the corner from the church and within walking distance to everything. The hotel is fully upgraded with a modern feel, and the shared balcony is absolutely beautiful, perfect for unwinding.

This is easily one of my favorite trips to mexico. Veronica at the front desk, the housekeeping staff, as well as the servers, were all beyond amazing. I had the villa, which felt like literally, I was living in a one bedroom villa, and it was magical. I can't wait to go back.
Incredible experience if you are just interested in staying in a hotel that has everything. Absolutely great for kids. Only thing that was a little odd and I hope they change at some point is they seem to only let you take taxis out vs Uber and they are more expensive.
The customer service imakes you want to come back the staff goes above and beyond I would totally recommend this hotel the food was better than good . We got the VIP wristbands and they are totally worth it . I can’t say enough good things about this place .
I loved the infinity pools and swim up bar. The view was incredible. We went 7/12/21 through 7/17/21 and the weather was perfect every single day. It was a soft opening so we expected it to not be perfect but it was still great. The room said Junior Ocean View but it was only a partial view and the view of the ocean is kinda far away. It’s not a beach view. A few other things happened that I attributed to the soft opening so I won’t put that on here. We had a blast.
I've stayed at Villa La Estancia twice now and I wouldn't stay anywhere else. The entire staff treats you like royalty and there isn't anything they won't do for you. For those that workout, there is a really nice gym (no charge). The spa is AMAZING. The pool area is huge and boasts two pretty good size pools. There is a swim-up bar and many more. If you are staying for a long period of time, their sister hotel next door (Flamingo) is within walking distance so you can dine there as well...
