It was like staying at home with a good breakfast. Very clean, great restrooms and good TV channel selection. My only issue was that the ringer to summon the staff was not operational and had to yell into the kitchen to get the staff's attention. Nevertheless, I highly recommend this hotel.
The owners are super nice and kind, very helpful with advice or booking trips or any problem that may arise. The property and the rooms are just like the pictures, clean and very beautifully decorated. Quiet and safe neighborhood and walking distance to downtown. The coffee and the breakfast are outstanding! We surely will be coming back here,we stayed six nights and it was beautiful.
Great hotel, stunning views over Laguna de Apoyo. The hotel provides shuttle service to the Lagoon and into Granada at 9 and 1, with pick ups at 1 or 4. They can also arrange drop offs and pick up at other times for a small charge. Its perfect for people who want a 5 star hotel away from the noise and busy city. Conviently located to Laguna de Apoyo and you get a discount when you go to the Beach Club, and if you go early enough, you'll have the Lagoon to yourselves. Ricardo and Gordon are...
I was really satisfied with the staying in this place. It is very convenient the interior of every apartment it is very clean and safe...
If I would travel I would go back again...
There were a few things that were a major issue to me like you listen people conversations from outside loudly sometimes but it was ok with me...
Veronica the one in charge of the building very nice and cooperative and friendly.
Great place to stay open 24 hours !! Can eat and have a drink ! Room was ice cold which is what I needed after long flight . Woke up very early 5:30 am and got drove to airport for 5$. Would stay again
I love how it is located on the parking lot of a Mall. It was so convenient to go have dinner and the next morning we went back to the mall for breakfast and shopping.
My only suggestion is that the breakfast at the Hotel be cheaper or be included. $8 per person for breakfast, for a $100 dollar a night hotel seems to expensive to me.
Would definitley stay again. Very convenient 20 min walk from UCA. Safe area. Walked around each day to grab food, beers and refreshing iced caramel coffee drink at Fritz. I'm a solo female traveler and I never felt unsafe.
The reception guy was so knowledgeable about the area, managua and Nicaragua history. He is a great resource! He also set up a shuttle for me to Mayasa on very short notice. He is great!
They also have shuttles to airport. Oh and the breakfast was freshly cooked eggs,...
It was super clean and the people were very polite and kind. The only thing that I really recommend is make sure that you understand in advance to turn off your air conditioning in the room before you leave the building for any reason. They don't want you to leave it on but they don't tell you to turn it off in advance so it causes miscommunication. When we came back after being out for about three hours, we noticed that somebody entered the room and turned off the air conditioner and left the...
Although it’s a business hotel I stayed there with a friend while on vacation. we felt comfortable, safe and the staff was extremely helpful and nice. The staff were very accommodating and always willing to help. The complimentary breakfast is a must. Fresh fruit juices, specialized omelettes, delicious coffee, waffles, pancakes and soooo much more. The drinks at the bar were good and their lunch/dinner food was also delicious. They also have a workout room and a very nice back patio with a very...
I have never experienced a more accommodating staff. Very friendly, understanding and when they say they will take care of yours needs or procure transportation or a delivery they do.
