Great place

The owners are super nice and kind,very helpful with advice or booking trips or any problem that may arise.The property and the rooms are just like the pictures,clean and very beautifully decorated. Quiet and safe neighborhood and walking distance to downtown.The coffee and the breakfast are outstanding! We surely will be coming back here,we stayed six nights and it was beautiful.

It was like staying at home with a good breakfast. Very clean, great restrooms and good TV channel selection. My only issue was that the ringer to summon the staff was not operational and had to yell into the kitchen to get the staff's attention. Nevertheless, I highly recommend this hotel.

This historic building was beautiful, spacious, and tranquil. There aren't many rooms, so even though it was full when I stayed there, it did not feel like a busy hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The only warning is that the pool (the first ever built in Granada, I'm told) is very shallow. It is in great shape and looks lovely, but if you want to do laps you won't have much room to work with. The hotel is only a couple blocks from Central Park, so it is close to everything but...

Great hotel, stunning views over Laguna de Apoyo. The hotel provides shuttle service to the Lagoon and into Granada at 9 and 1, with pick ups at 1 or 4. The service and accommodations of this hotel is fantastic. My family was traveling in Nicaragua for a week and this was the last portion of our trip, we had a 12:45 am flight the following day. Everyone had a bad case of stomach flu....especially my 5 year old daughter. Rather than charging us for 2 nights the hotel aloud us to remain in the room free of charge till our transportation to the airport arrived. I have never experienced such amazing service in my life. Came here for a 8 day trip as a solo female with my 6 year old daughter. I was hesitant since Nicaragua has a Level 3 travel advisory but I felt extremely safe here. The staff went above and beyond any time we needed anything. Estavan, Tony, & Francesco were my absolute favorites. This is the second time we stay at the hotel. We love how quite and close to the beach is. The restaurant is the best in the area, with variety of meals and drinks. Staff is super friendly and open to help.

The hotel is located on a great location, walking distance to everything places to eat , the central park, El malecon (Granada Pie) very convenient and safe clean hot water, Tania, was very helpful with transportation (request Ricardo as your diver). Everyone was excellent.. Thank you!!

Amazing stay Great staff Ocean view

Great place to stay open 24 hours !! Can eat and have a drink ! Room was ice cold which is what I needed after long flight . Woke up very early 5:30 am and got drove to airport for 5$. Would stay again

Very knowledgeable bilingual, friendly staff. Rooms were decent size, newer, a/c, nice bath, cable TV and wifi throughout building (not just in lobby!) Comfortable, clean beds with nice pillows. Security 24 hours - free parking - cameras throughout building. Felt very safe. Good location on main strip - easy to locate. Situated next to a nice, new mall. Highly recommend - we will come back!

I love how it is located on the parking lot of a Mall. It was so convenient to go have dinner and the next morning we went back to the mall for breakfast and shopping. My only suggestion is that the breakfast at the Hotel be cheaper or be included. $8 per person for breakfast, for a $100 dollar a night hotel seems to expensive to me.
