Absolutely a slice of paradise on earth! If the Garden of Eden and Swiss Family Robinson had a baby it would be San Simian! Food was best we’ve had in all of Nicaragua. Amazing property with unbelievable terraced gardens down to the pebble beach, where you can go tubing, kayaking or swimming. Wonderful place to stay. Food is excellent. Great view. Only problem for me was there were a lot of roaches in the room but other then that great place. Staff takes there sweet time getting to you during dining.
We loved our stay here. There's only 4 rooms total so it feels like a private sanctuary most of the time. Convenient location, peaceful, with beautiful historic and cultural touches. Excellent service and cleanliness too. We'll definitely be back just to stay here.

Breakfast every morning was delicious. Great pool to cool off. We stayed on the 2nd floor and the room was comfortable and clean. Lovely colonial feel and can't beat the location. Had a great time.
The owners are super nice and kind,very helpful with advice or booking trips or any problem that may arise.The property and the rooms are just like the pictures,clean and very beautifully decorated. Quiet and safe neighborhood and walking distance to downtown.The coffee and the breakfast are outstanding! We surely will be coming back here,we stayed six nights and it was beautiful.
Do not judge it from the exterior overall if you travel in Granada in this period (May 2017) as there are a lot of roadwork and the street is dusty and dirty.
Inside it is a beautiful pearl. The interior of the room is a piece of art. Tiles are different from room to room. Pool is large and the space for the breakfast in the interior garden is bright and breeze with trees and plants. Staff is really nice and efficient.

This historic building was beautiful, spacious, and tranquil. There aren't many rooms, so even though it was full when I stayed there, it did not feel like a busy hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The only warning is that the pool (the first ever built in Granada, I'm told) is very shallow. It is in great shape and looks lovely, but if you want to do laps you won't have much room to work with. The hotel is only a couple blocks from Central Park, so it is close to everything but...
Superb hotel echoes the colonial grace of the city of Granada and the life of the Spanish grandees. Felt pampered and looked after. Only there one night but would be pleased to return for a week. Friends stayed elsewhere for about the same price which offered facilities for infants, which this hotel does not. Both were lovely places near town centre. For us, this was ideal, though regretted no time for the pool.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Right in the old town one block from the main center. Everything is walkable. The hotel was very clean and the service was outstanding. It is a small location with only 7 rooms that are facing the inside courtyard as is traditional in Granada. The service and the food (full Breakfast was included) were superb. The hotel’s concierge Skarlet was unbelievable. She was available for anything we needed at all times of the day and night as well as on her days...
The service and accommodations of this hotel is fantastic. My family was traveling in Nicaragua for a week and this was the last portion of our trip, we had a 12:45 am flight the following day. Everyone had a bad case of stomach flu....especially my 5 year old daughter. Rather than charging us for 2 nights the hotel aloud us to remain in the room free of charge till our transportation to the airport arrived. I have never experienced such amazing service in my life.
