"The room was neat and clean, and met our needs as a family of four. However, the hotel itself felt unmanaged and soulless. Reception seemed to be constantly closed, with the request to call a mobile number if you needed service (including checking out) - so three stars only for the overall experience. We did not see many other guests, and the bar area was not open. Maybe it was just a blip and we arrived on a bad weekend. Location-wise, this was a good base from which to explore...
