"We stop here very often,never see any staff,unless breakfast is served there,still no British tv ,but we are in belgium, had to help customers, were to book in and thekeys were having problems ,apart from that,very handy for very think thd shops ,the train ,and taxis"

"We stayed for one night as we previously had a day trip last year and loved the area, so thought we would return for a night away! Fantastic location ! Right on the main high st but only a stone throw from the beach too so we will definitely return in the summer next year! The room was really comfortable and the breakfast included was perfect! All the staff were so lovely that we not look anywhere else and definitely stay here again next year ! Thank you for a fabulous stay . "

"Pros: good breakfast, friendly staff and generally clean Cons: no airconditioning and too hot, even with windows open plus excessive street noise. Fridge in room not working No glasses or china cups provided, only disposable items, poor quality for 4* hotel and not eco friendly. Half used toilet roll - not acceptable Broken USB port, broken door handle to Juliette balcony. TV had been wall mounted directly in front of a picture - why?? Towels very small and poor quality"

"Lovely modern hotel with excellent staff. Rooms were very sound proof, didn’t hear a thing at night. Quite a way out from town for a walk but part of that was due to the nearest bridge being closed. A bus into Bruges stopped nearby. "

"Quiet location, lots of free parking, beach nearby and forest walks. Very welcoming reception staff and free easter chocolate a lovely touch. Room was quiet, clean and spacious. However there is no kettle in the room, no iron and the towels seemed very old and needing replaced with better quality. Great staff all around and breakfast caters for all tastes, especially9 loved the make your own waffles."

"We enjoyed our stay! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good. The hotel is very well located - a 15 minute walk to the main square with the Belfry. The room itself was a little small and the shower was a hose with a head that you have to hold. This all was fine for us but be aware if it’s an issue for you."
