So happy I chose the hotel with the calm relaxing pool area as the weather was beautiful our whole stay (mid June). Hotel is in the perfect location for all your needs and wants to see. Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. Hotel was very clean and well looked after. Would definitely recommend and return on a future visit

Our room was clean and qiuet. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the railway station. The hotel is very good placed, not far away to walk into the City. The breakfast could be richer for the price we paid, with warm vergetables, plain flakes instead o mixed flaces. I did not like how we had to sit in the breakfast room. And i also think, that people dont have to work on the laptop while they are enjoying breakfast.

Very nice hotel in a great location in Brugge. Slight negative is that the air con wasn't great but the staff was very helpful and sorted it for us. Also a few mosquitos in the room, dont know where they came from but after I killed them all good. Hotel amenities excellent with fridge in room. Cold water fountains in corridor. Overall a very nice Novotel hotel.
