So quiet but close to everything and a 10 minute ride to the beach on a scooter .Emmanuel and the staff was at my service and the sauna and steam room and Jacuzzi’s were a great surprise. The one thing I would have considered is the kitchen could use more lighting for people that like to cook as much as I do. Not a complaint, just a suggestion."

"Wow we were so satisfied with our stay at Ikal! We had the Maya suite and it was better than we expected (you had an entire yard for yourself!) and the whole feeling in the hotel area was really nice. The beach was also lovely and not crowded at all, very chill and nice vibe. Highly recommend! "

"Upon arrival, all of the stuff was super sweet. I was traveling solo and since I already had a bad experience with the prior to hotel services, it was refreshing to receive service like Astral. Staff ALWAYS checked up on me to see if I needed anything from food to cleaning to small chats. Everyone was super kind. The room was clean, and there was hot water, the views from the bubble were incredible at night except maybe they could be power washed just a little to clean the debris from the trees...

"The hotel seem brand new and quite modern. The staff was super friendly. A pot of coffee was waiting early in the morning. I rented a bicycle from the front desk to get around the area. [Note: The map provided by the expedia website is wrong. The hotel is actually on the corner of Asteroides and Osiris.]"

"Right on the beach, great service upon check in and out. The bar was "closed?" at 5:30pm. Great AC and mostly private patio, cute trails and beautiful beach. Clean and comfortable room, no tv but didn't miss it. French toast was incredible for breakfast. Lots of available beds on the beach area. Cool water available from the front if you run out. "
