Our room in the annex was very roomy and comfortable. Great bed, great view. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was amazing!

Katy hotel is family owned and operated = wonderful experience. Very nice clean hotel, with all the amenities you need in a beach resort. Very friendly staff (owners and family), helpful with a lot of information for our daily trips (Pisa, Lucca, Cinque Terre, etc.), dinning and shopping choices. We did jot want to leave the hotel and the Viareggio resort. Definitely recommend this hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Vittoria. The location is a short walk to the beach and the hotel has a lovely outdoor sitting area. With a park located across the street it’s a quiet and peaceful area. The breakfast offers the best variety we’ve eaten during our Italy trip with a variety of cereal, toast, omelets, croissants and real Italian cappuccino freshly prepared on the spot - delicious! This is not a picture-postcard villa with glorious views in the heart of town. It's a super-clean, well-managed, airy, Best Western with free parking, helpful staff, good restaurant, free internet, and fine breakfast, 10 minutes by car from Lucca and a good jumping-off base for driving to other sites in the area. Good value for the money.

The hotel is pretty well located ..it was quiet and comfortable. Parking was fine. The intended was a bit sketchy on my phone. Breakfast was the usual fare; yet, nice quality.

I booked Room 1. The canopy bed and the fresco on the ceiling created a lovely atmosphere. You can see the street from the window and enjoy the lively atmosphere of the restaurants at night, but if you close the inner window, you won't be bothered by conversations. The breakfast was also delicious, and I was very satisfied.

From the moment i walked in to the moment i left, the staff, housekeeping all swcond to none. I will seek out staying there next trip to Pietrasanta it was that nice and affordable.

Beautiful hotel a block from the beach, Our room was very big, extremely clean and the beds were foam, which was a welcome change from previous hotels that had beds as hard as could be. Breakfast was very nice - eggs, ham, cold cuts, cheese, pate, juice, cappuccino, nutella, jam, cereal, cakes and breads/croissants. The hotel had bikes for rent and gave a discount to the beach, which is otherwise 10 euros per person. All beaches are private in Viareggio except for one right by the canal, which...
