Staff fantastic, rooms great but can be noisey in morning with street cleaning. Location great, right in middle of shops, bars and restaurants and short walk to tower. Breakfast is well cooked and very friendly staff giving helpful tips on where to go and routes. We will be back

The B&B’s location was perfect for sightseeing. Situated in the historic area, it’s just a short walk to major tourist attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, and I’d love to return to this B&B when we visit Pisa again.

I booked Room 1. The canopy bed and the fresco on the ceiling created a lovely atmosphere. You can see the street from the window and enjoy the lively atmosphere of the restaurants at night, but if you close the inner window, you won't be bothered by conversations. The breakfast was also delicious, and I was very satisfied.

Outstanding B&B! The location is excellent for getting anywhere in the centre & 20 min walk to The Tower. It is a flat easy walk from the station that takes about 15 mins. It is owned & run by two guys that really care about your comforts, they are friendly & helpful with anything you ask. On checking in we felt the care & love that shows in the accommodation. The room was so lovely & the cleaning was a very high standard. The room & bathroom were spotless with towels that were soft not worn. The bed was comfortable with nice sheets. There is a fridge with water & can drinks that are complimentary as well as coffee & tea. The breakfast room is gorgeous with plenty of choice & they will also make you a cooked breakfast if wanted. There are so many Wonderful aspect of this B&B that are a Huge credit to both Andrew & Andy. Honestly this is a great location surrounded by restaurants a few steps away & a perfect accommodation with the most gracious hosts. You'll wish you stayed longer & you will return.

Ideal location in Pisa, close to restaurants, Leaning Tower, The old City walls and anything you'd want to see. All in a short walk. The owners were incredibly helpful, and could not have been more helpful. They were knowledgeable and made our stay better.

Right in the centre, close to everything. Brilliant hosts, and excellent breakfast. Only negative is the noise from outside, especially on Saturday, which is to be expected. Earplugs are provided however! Would stay again next time in Pisa!

I cannot rate this B&B highly enough. Andy & Andrew go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect. As soon as we arrived we were given lots of information about the local area so we could do some exploring while we were waiting for our room to be ready. Andrew had recommended a restaurant for lunch that gave us a fantastic view of the leaning tower and made it feel like it was within touching distance. The room was beautiful and clean with a comfortable bed and a choice of pillows. Lots of choice at breakfast too and no problem in leaving suitcases at the hotel for a while when we checked out. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will definitely return!
