Good area away from the crowds and close to Piazza Citadella and the Puccini museum. Very nice small restaurants around the hotel which were quieter and removed from the main tourist routes. Good hotel breakfast but unfortunately the decor is depressingly dull and let the hotel down. Our room had one small window, so not much natural light, hard bed and granite pillows. I guess fine if you not spending much time in the room or you popping sleeping tablets. Staff could exchange basic pleasantries but arranging a taxi was a bridge to far.
