The hotel is really nice. Very kind and patient staff. Great sauna and fitness room.

Very clean room, very courteous staff but very noisy outside every morning with dumpsters

Our room had great big windows that opened, wonderful sheets and crispy comforters ! Would have enjoyed fireplace earlier than 5 pm on a rainy day but used sauna which is lovely. Organic restaurant...fit our expectations.

Great hotel in St Moritz with a wonderful view of the lake below and mountains beyond. We ate dinner there twice, and the restaurant was excellent. However, at the end of May and early June, nearly all other hotels, restaurants, and shops are closed; it's off season.

Don’t let the exterior photo fool you. Although the photo makes it look like a giant ice cube, it does not look like that in actuality. It is a perfectly lovely hotel with kind and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and all the amenities you will need. Would stay again.

Very convenient location

Stayed here for one night before catching glacier express out of st moritz. Will definitely stay here again. The hotel is a bit away from the town, but they offer shuttles. The hotel restaurant is excellent. I also especially enjoyed the hot tub with the most stunning view of the mountains

Very accommodating stay. Staff were very informative of the property. Clean and peaceful. We enjoyed the balcony with amazing views, as well as the spa areas for downtime.

Beautiful hotel that tries to strike a balance between the super-ritz and the run of the mill chains. The local wood used to refurbish the rooms was a surprisingly nice touch (and made the rooms smell good!) The front desk staff was very friendly in all interactions. Good restaurant and breakfast -- again, friendly staff. It was pricey, but what isn't in St. Moritz? It was a good location, right near several other hotels/restaurants/shops and only a 3-4 minute walk from the escalator that takes...

Staff was helpful the decor was elegant, beds were so comfortable and the restaurant food was top notch!

You can’t beat the location.

This hotel is on top of a mountain. Arriving guests can call the front desk for a pickup at the train station and save an exhausting climb up. Very much wish that feature had been listed or mentioned somewhere before my trip. I found out about it only after the long hike.

The hotel is brand new and conveniently located close to the highway. We had a high room away from the elevator as requested, with modern design and a nice view with huge windows. There is a shopping mall in the building complex. Breakfast was good but somewhat limited in choice. If you plan to drive there, call in advance and clarify the situation for parking. There are only 10-15 spots which seem quite less than the amount of rooms available in the hotel. The staff is friendly, speak...

If your shabbos observant this is a great location for the weekday but for shabbos there's a problem with going up the stairs. To open the door you need a electronic key and the hotel won't get someone to open it for you. find somewhere else for shabbos!
