The staff were excellent. The location was great to get to stores, train, store and sightseeing.

Staff were very helpful! Breakfast is basic but will set you up for the day. Hotel location is great and the guest pass was very useful to hop on and off buses for free

We only stayed overnight arriving late and travelling early morning on bernina express but hotel located near station so ideal for us , clean room friendly staff

Only reason for the reduced rating is the significant stairs you must haul up your luggage on arrival. There is an elevator after that. The staff was lovely, the room very nice, and the breakfast on par with other hotels on this trip.

This was just a quick overnight stay. It’s in a great location and close to the train station. It was great for what we needed.

6/10 Good

Hotel is convenient and addiquate. Check is staff was very helpful and attentive. Bathroom was shoe box small and sink was seperated from bathroom in room. Beds were soft and difficult to sleep in. There were hammer drills going when we checked in and again at 9 am.

Friendly staff and clean spacious rooms. Stayed for one night on a tour of the Swiss alps. Ideally located in Chur between the old town and the station, both easily reached on foot.

The hotel is on a quiet street near the train station and historic area of the town. The staff was great. The room, breakfast, and dining area were all very nice. I would stay there again.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay. The included breakfast was good. We found they hotel to be clean. The only issue for me was no coverage 7:00pm or later and we had to use our key card to unlock the door. I personally like to know there is someone at the front desk in case of an emergency. I was not even sure who to call for fires, or medical needs. But yes we would recommend this hotel.

We booked for the end of August with the understanding that there was no AC. The fan and cracked windows make it okay. The staff was excellent. Hotel’s location was easy to get to with luggage from the train and I’m 62.

Excellent location with very helpful staff. The room was clean and spacious. The only issue was the noise from the street late at night with the windows open, which I think, can't be helped in the hot weather.
