Really loved staying here. All of the staff we came into contact with were super friendly and helpful and they helped us get suitable parking for our large van that would not fit in the underground car park. The bedroom was well presented, clean and comfortable. The bathroom seemed very new and was also very clean. Our balcony provided lovely views of the mountains and we enjoyed watching the cows visit in the morning. We did find the mattress and pillows slightly too soft but this is entirely personal preference. The breakfast buffet in the morning was also delicious with so many options and having use of the leisure facilities at The Lenzerhorn was very welcome after a big day in the bike park!

The rooms at Haus Spescha are so clean and modern yet cosy. It was snowing during our short stay so was also great we could use the facilities at Lenzerhorn such as the Spa . We visited the bar and restaurant Heid Stibl and both were fabulous. The breakfast is relaxed and food and drink excellent. But most of all the staff in all departments are so helpful and friendly in any way they can be. Thank you for such a wonderful short stay in Switzerland

We rented a beautiful apartment with separate bedroom. It was beautiful & right in the middle of town. The only issue is parking. The hotel has recently been sold & our check in was at a hotel across the street but we were not notified of this. No signs at the former reception as to checkin procedure. The parking must be reserved in advance. Overall the apartment was wonderful, the town is lovely, high end shopping & best of all end of the season lack of crowds.

Ein wunderbares Hotel mit im stilvollen Alpenschick gestalteten Zimmer/Ambiente. Unser Deluxe Doppelzimmer mit Südbalkon war sehr geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Südbalkon war ein weiteres Highlight. ​Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral gelegen abee teozzdem absolut ruhig (insbesondere bei geschlossenen Fenstern hört man überhaupt keinen Lärm). ​Auch unser Vierbeiner war herzlich willkommen. Das morgendliche Frühstück war lecker, frisch und bot eine tolle Auswahl. Wir kommen definitiv wieder und können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Hotelbewertung (Service & Zimmer)

Die Bettmatratzen sollten im DZ Standart ausgewechselt werden da diese beim Liegen durchhängend sind. Das Morgenbuffet war gut jedoch wurde ab 9.30 Uhr nicht mehr nachgefüllt. Nettes Hotelpersonal; Reception war hilfsbereit und Zimmerservice hervorragend.
