Lovely unpretentious hotel in the heart of Chur. Room was basic but perfect for my one night stay. The bed was comfortable. Shower was hot and powerful. Breakfast was excellent and varied. Plenty of restaurants and bars. I would definitely stay again. Note. No kettle in the room.

This was our last stop on a trip from northern Italy before a cruise and was the best. It is in a historic building and the entire 4th floor is the hotel. Shocking to go through these beautiful old doors (there is a plaque on the outside of building) and take the small elevator to a modern white and pale Grey hotel floor Our room was small but absolutely had everything that we needed and was pleasant and spotless. The staff was extremely helpful and the breakfast was the best on our trip. Don't hesitate to book it!

The staff were excellent and made sure we signed up for local discounts when we arrived. The room is quite basic, no AC, but we had a corner room with two windows so the cross breeze was good. The only problem with cooling that way was the clock tower nearby and the bar next door. It made for a quiet loud at night. There is no elevator so if you have big heavy luggage you have to drag up the stairs (potentially 3 floors) this place might be a challenge. The shared bathroom was a new experience but it wasn’t really an issue. The restaurant on property was a good chance to try some Swiss food and the breakfast was good on the morning. Overall it was a decent stay
