The hotel is family owned and the staff very friendly and trying to help with everything we needed. I think it has also be recently remodeled. I was traveling with my wife and my parents and our two rooms were facing the sea with a great view. The hotel also had a restaurant and the seafood was excellent. We also enjoyed the beach very much as it was not crowded and I wish we stayed there longer. One of our best experiences in our trip to Croatia
My family stayed one night on our drive down from Zadar to Dubrovnik. The hotel was clean and new. The beach and pool were both clean and not too busy. Dinner in the on-site restaurant was good. At breakfast, our kids loved the automatic pancake machine. The location was also nice and quiet, if a bit hard to find.
The downsides were minor: a few incomplete items in the room (safe wasn’t bolted down and only one of two TVs were installed), and we had to walk our luggage down the driveway from...
The Puteaus Palace is hands down the most incredible place my husband and I have ever stayed! We made a visit for our honeymoon this year and the architectural details, landscape design, staff, food, rooms and amenities are impeccable! We never wanted to leave and considered cancelling the rest of our trip to extend for several more weeks.
Sadly, the COVID pandemic has forced them to close early this year but as soon as they reopen next year I would run to this absolutely incredible hotel....
This is a family business. The staffs were very nice, friendly and very helpful. The hotel picked me up and drove me to the bus station, which was very helpful. The location and the view of the hotel are unbeateble, both the river and of course the sea view. 5-10 min walking along the river to reach the sandbeach.
The view of the canyons from the beach/ocean ist unbelievable. Very quite location.
I am planning to come back and to stay at the Hotel Villa Dvor again.
The staff were fantastic and the rooms were wonderful. Breakfast was awesome. We had a balcony overlooking the water. Love this property! Highly recommend it if you are staying in Omiš.
One of the best hotel stays ever. From staff, to property and amenities, everything was 5 stars. Room was cleaned every day, breakfast had a variety of foods, many healthy choices, tasty and tastefully presented. The beach is amazing, with beach chairs and umbrellas available for rent. I would highly recommend it!
Hotel muy bueno, aunque lo único malo es que es pet friendly y las alfombras dentro de los corredores, estaban manchadas, por la gente que no respeta y no sacan a sus mascotas afuera. Para mí eso sí es muy molesto.
Comfortable, airy, clean room with great views. Restaurants within a reasonable walk along the beach. One of the best breakfast buffets we've seen outside of a Vegas casino. We later stated at another "luxury" hotel in Zadar for the same price. The Bluesun wins in every regard as the best place to stay.
The Grand Hotel is a gem of a find in an adorable town. It is THE place to stay in Boska Voda. Right on the promenade and directly across from the beach. Tons of dining and entertainment options right out the door. The oceanfront view was amazing. The dining was really nice and the entire hotel was chic, updated and well done while retaining the old world charm that is hard to find anymore.
Great location and very clean and modern. Enjoyed the indoor pool as it was raining the day we checked in. Walkable and comfortable. Parking is first come, first served (no reservations).
Hidden gem in a sea of options. A bit of a hilly walk down to the beach but after eating your weight in beach gelato-it’s a welcome jaunt to get steps in and burn off the calories.
The area is a bit busy but we liked the location to get to other less crowded beaches.
Breakfast was absolutely amazing-I will miss it terribly and will not be able to stomach DIY waffle makers and stale tasteless pastries in US hotels. Staff was helpful and extremely attentive.

Beach gets too busy by mid morning in my opinion and it is very narrow.
