Hotels in Omis

Excellent communication, loved having keypad access. Great location, right downtown. Can get loud, but when it did we closed the windows. Be ready for bells, but that is just being is Omis. Parking was 5 mins away and great. No other option even at another location. Parking on streets is just so limited. Large apartment #2. Double bathroom was also a huge perk. The best coffee is just at the end of the street. Thank you ivana, really was a nice relaxing stay.

This is a family business. The staffs were very nice, friendly and very helpful. The hotel picked me up and drove me to the bus station, which was very helpful. The location and the view of the hotel are unbeateble, both the river and of course the sea view. 5-10 min walking along the river to reach the sandbeach. The view of the canyons from the beach/ocean ist unbelievable. Very quite location. I am planning to come back and to stay at the Hotel Villa Dvor again.

The staff were fantastic and the rooms were wonderful. Breakfast was awesome. We had a balcony overlooking the water. Love this property! Highly recommend it if you are staying in Omiš.

My family stayed one night on our drive down from Zadar to Dubrovnik. The hotel was clean and new. The beach and pool were both clean and not too busy. Dinner in the on-site restaurant was good. At breakfast, our kids loved the automatic pancake machine. The location was also nice and quiet, if a bit hard to find. The downsides were minor: a few incomplete items in the room (safe wasn’t bolted down and only one of two TVs were installed), and we had to walk our luggage down the driveway from...

The hotel is family owned and the staff very friendly and trying to help with everything we needed. I think it has also be recently remodeled. I was traveling with my wife and my parents and our two rooms were facing the sea with a great view. The hotel also had a restaurant and the seafood was excellent. We also enjoyed the beach very much as it was not crowded and I wish we stayed there longer. One of our best experiences in our trip to Croatia

Definately one of my best stays at the Croatian shore. Clean and well furbished room with a jaw dropping view over the ocean and the private beach below. I even had a small balcony where I could sit in the evenings and watch the sunset. There is a garage under the hotel which always stays cool and is a fantastic option to keep the car. Need something from the car? Just hop on the elevator and you are down there in seconds. (Mind that the garage fee is 10 Euro per day. I cannot commend on the...

I NEVER write reviews but felt I had to write one for this new family-run hotel. What a delightful experience! My father has Parkinson's Disease, and this will probably be his last trip abroad. I had to find a hotel that could accommodate his disability (he has to use a walker). You won't find a better place to stay in Split. They were all so welcoming and gave us some welcome grappa as well as detailed information of restaurants and activities. It was close, walking distance if able, but...

If you’re going to visit Split, you should consider just one place to stay. This place has it all. Location, great service, nearby parking, stunning views, and a staff that is beyond. Jan was a perfect tour guide and host. Ana was always there with great directions and a smile. The breakfast was lovely and ample. If I could give it 6 stars I would. Highly recommended ***** + * = 6!!

Top notch accommodations for luxury.

Breakfast was best I've had in Croatia. Rooftop bar was great vibes and views. Everyone is super friendly and attentive. Great experience.

The Puteaus Palace is hands down the most incredible place my husband and I have ever stayed! We made a visit for our honeymoon this year and the architectural details, landscape design, staff, food, rooms and amenities are impeccable! We never wanted to leave and considered cancelling the rest of our trip to extend for several more weeks. Sadly, the COVID pandemic has forced them to close early this year but as soon as they reopen next year I would run to this absolutely incredible hotel....

3 night stay in this lovely boutique hotel. Great room that combined modern comforts in bedding, air conditioning (much needed in Croatian summer) and bathroom with ancient touches (exposed walls of old building). Staff also helpful and warm to a person--everyone we interacted with from the owner to the bellhop was friendly and engaging. Truly enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay. To say the staff was friendly and helpful would be an understatement. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had a great stay. Lovely beachfront spot mixed in among the other hotels. Easy ride into town (20-25 minutes by bus or 15 by car). You can't beat the price vs. value for Beachfront Mediterranean. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Great place to stay.

This was a lovely little treasure, very near the old town of Split. We loved the cleanliness, charm, breakfast, etc. The only drawbacks were that it was very difficult to find it with GPS (we also had a car to park- parking was free but streets are challenging to navigate) & lugging our luggage up & down the stairs (both inside & out)… but it is to be expected in Europe!

I booked 3 rooms for myself and my family. All 3 rooms were beautifully appointed. Attention to the details were perfect. Absolutely a lovely hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful in every way. The breakfast was very good and included made to order omelets. We all agreed we’d come back to Split and stay at the same hotel.
