"Our shower door leaked & water was everywhere in bathroom & water ran into toilet cubicle. We had to cover floor with towels each time we used shower. It was obviously an on going problem because the bedroom floor outside the bathroom was damaged so this showed water leakage from a long while back. Certainly not good enough for a 5 star hotel. Hotel seemed like it needed refurbishment. On arrival the sink was blocked but that was sorted straight away. Location was great & so were staff but...

"Great location close to museums and Retiro Park which is huge and amazing - why go out for food when the chef at the hotel is astounding- try Risotto/ lamb ravioli/ Spanish omelet- salads are all very especially the tomato/ avocado with black olive dressing!Junior suite is spacious with an unfortunate sofa bed- very plain- bedroom is a good size with wonderful pillows and bedding- bathroom could have been cleaner- hairdryer seemed to have a short in it and kept stopping Staff is unfailing...

"I loved the room set up. Lovely in every way. Bellman were fantastic as well as concierge, front desk, and room service. I stayed two nights and didn't want to leave. Super clean rooms with stunning tile floors and modern, sleek gold fixtures along with some traditional furniture. Light and bright with heavy blackout curtains. "We would want to highly recommend this hotel! 1. It’s location is in the centre, where one can reach all the main attractions by foot. 2. The room is elegant, very comfortable and with all the amenities of the highest standards. 3. We ate at the Dani brassiere and the ISA bar which both were excellent, food and service.
