completa y elegante: I had an amazing stay at Hotel Inglés. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and full of character. The room was spotless, very comfortable, and the bed was excellent. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. One of the best parts of staying here is the location in the Barrio de las Letras. It’s absolutely fantastic—you can walk everywhere, with countless restaurants, cafés, shops, and Madrid’s main attractions just a few minutes away. The combination of luxury, comfort, and such a prime location made this an unforgettable experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madrid. Without a doubt, this will be my first choice every time I return to Madrid.

The room was clean and comfortable. You do hear the doors slam and we were next to some late nighters so that was a small downside but alot of hotels have this issue. The staff were great and Marc the concierge was very helpful and attentive. The staff at the hotel are great and the hotel is nice and on a not as busy street. Very close to most things. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Since we were celebrating a special occasion, they upgraded our room and left a beautiful presentation of desserts in our room with the nicest card I have ever received from a hotel. They made us feel so special. The room was exceptional and the service was truly outstanding. It was our last day in Spain so we only had one night here, which was so memorable that I wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel is gorgeous, the bar and library are stunning. The bartender was also very personable and delightful to talk to. I can’t say enough good things about this property, and I hope to come back to Madrid so we can stay here again for longer. Thanks to all the staff that took such good care of us, it was probably the best experience we have ever had at a hotel.
