"Great location to everything, clean, and breakfast included and they have a great menu. Food was fresh and delicious. Also their cafe has 24 hrs service with food and non alcohol drinks also included in ur stay. Great hotel, i would highly recommend to stay. I give them a 10"

"The staff was helpful, friendly and attentive with guests. The one thing I would change would be to not keep drinks or edibles on floors that can’t be supervised by staff for the purpose of cleanliness. We enjoyed our staff and felt safe at all times in and around the property."

"Amazing place! Really well kept, great location, updated rooms and very spacious. Clean and the staff is very helpful, parking is safe. The o lot little thing is that the toilet in the bathroom is open on the top (not enclosed so air and noise opens to the whole room) and might be a little inconvenient. Other than that 10/10."

"Our stay at Balcón del Zócalo exceeded every expectation. The hotel’s location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Mexico City’s Historic Center, with breathtaking views of the Zócalo and the Metropolitan Cathedral. The rooms were beautiful, spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. Every detail reflected the hotel’s commitment to quality and guest comfort. The restaurant was outstanding. The food was creative, delicious, and beautifully presented. Dining on the rooftop terrace while overlooking the Zócalo was truly one of the highlights of our trip. Every meal was an unforgettable experience. What truly made our stay special, however, was the exceptional hospitality. Every member of the staff was warm, professional, and genuinely dedicated to making our visit memorable. A very special thank you goes to Eduardo, the hotel manager, whose outstanding leadership and genuine kindness made a lasting impression on us. He went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was perfect. His attention to detail, professionalism, and sincere care for his guests are a true reflection of the hotel’s excellence. Eduardo is a tremendous asset to Balcón del Zócalo, and we are deeply grateful for everything he did to make our visit so enjoyable.
