The room was clean and very open, and comfortable. The staff was very welcoming and helped me when I arrived early for my check-in. Breakfast was good and a nice start to the day to explore the Rosa neighborhood. Very walkable area and central to many sights. Security makes you feel safe when in the lobby or coming back to the hotel late at night.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my friend and had a wonderful experience. All of the staff were incredibly warm, patient, and welcoming throughout our stay. I tried my best to communicate in English and basic Spanish, and the front desk staff always took the time to patiently answer my questions and help me. Also, the location is also very convenient, close to public transportation, restaurants, and many attractions around Mexico City. I would definitely love to stay here again the next time I visit the city.

The staff was friendly and polite. They made sure to make you feel welcome. I liked the fact the Hotel was clean and well organized. The breakfast was good and you had multiple choices to to enjoy. Eggs made to order, teas and fresh coffee. The staff was polite and took care of your needs quickly. Also its a great location, close to food, bars and the the Pachuca Mall. lots to choose from.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel during my trip to Mexico City. The location was perfect—I always felt safe, and everything I needed was within walking distance, including great restaurants, shops, and several well-known landmarks. It made exploring the city so convenient. The hotel was comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. Absolutely loved my stay in Hotel Casa Ciudad! The room was clean, the location was excellent and within walking distance to a lot of places and restaurants, and the staff was great! Heads up, the hotel is situated on a street with a couple of bars and clubs right across so it can get noisy during the weekend for those who want a quiet night. I personally did not mind the noise and was able to use ear plugs I brought with me to get a good night sleep. I actually did like seeing the people of Mexico City partying until the morning. If you are thinking of staying here, I would say this is the only thing to consider; otherwise, everything was excellent!
