We really enjoyed our stay. Every one of the staff we encountered were kind. The hotel is immaculate and very comfortable. If you are looking for a quiet stay though, be aware this property is in Zona Rosa and is quite loud. Bring earplugs!

This location is in the heart of the LGBTQ+ area and it is LIT (in the best way possible). There are a ton of food options nearby that you can walk to. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. They keep the hotel so incredibly clean at all times. And the rooms are so spacious and beautiful. Would stay here again!

We had a fantastic 4-nite stay on the 8th floor. I recommend the back side of hotel where you don't hear any of the street noise. Area is buzzing with party-goers, but never did we feel unsafe in this area. The room was quite spacious for 2 adults + 2 two teenage girls. Very clean, large shower, plenty of closet, drawer and countertop space to comfortably space things out. Breakfast was average, but server mentioned they are in process in re-vamping their menu. Front desk staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel at home. Excellent location if planning to travel to all different sides of the city.
