"They don’t love kids and because of small pieces of playdoh on the carpet they took the deposit insurance after we left the room assuming that my kids ruined the carpet. Everything was awful too in the hotel"

"The room was clean. They do not have adult pool hours, so if you don't want to be bombarded by children, go early in the morning. My husband left something in the closet. When I called the hotel, no one got back to me. When he texted the prompt we had received while staying there, someone did get back to him saying they couldn't find the item. We are disappointed that the staff do not clean well enough that it wasn't found."

"Great stay. Room was very comfortable and the location is very close to the falls, only a short walk to restaurant options and the casino hotel. Hotel does not offer any parking so you have to pay. The best thing was the 25th floor observation area where you could view the falls out of the weather."

"Parking attendant quoted us the wrong price, informed us it would be $40.00 for parking later found out it was $55.00 No parking was available on site, was transported via shuttle to offsite parking. Overall did not start with a positive check in experience "
