This was a great no frills stay that had everything we needed. It was peaceful, away from the main action but still a close drive. The breakfast was good and the room had a small kitchen.

6/10 Good

The location was close to several of the touristy activities which are available. The breakfast was adequate and comparable to other warm breakfasts. Liked that I could open doors to a balcony......but we were opposite the river.

8/10 Very good

The room was nice and it smelled clean. Hallways and areas are dated and it's looking pretty run down in certain areas. Checking in we waited quite a while for someone to come to the front desk, who wasn't the most friendly. But it was in a decent location and a nice room for the money.

Nice, clean place to stay. But: paid parking, low quality breakfast
Verified review

10/10 Exceptional

We only stayed one night. We were on the fourth floor with a nice view of the gorge. The kitchen area was excellent and the room was spacious. The breakfast was better than I expected, with lots of choices. The hotel is older and no elevator, but that was not a problem because you can enter on the second floor. It's a pretty decent budget hotel for Niagara.

The room was clean, friendly staff. Breakfast was really good.
Verified review

8/10 Very good

Everything was fine, except the breakfast, which could have been better prepared. The scrambled eggs were not good; they were chewy and flavourless, and the only protein option was pork, which may not suit guests looking for other choices. As for the rooms, while generally clean, we noticed three spiders in the corners of the walls, which was unpleasant to see.
