"The Hotel cleaning staff, and Guest services were very helpful, and responsive. The pillows were not very fluffy; they could use better quality pillows. Also, the carpet in the room could use a good carpet cleaning. The street view from our room was beautiful. Location was great, close to all City attractions and amenities."

The hotel is stunning, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and every detail was thought of. But what truly made our stay exceptional was the wonderful receptionist whose name began with M ( sorry i cant remember his name). — he was so warm, kind, and welcoming. He went above and beyond to get us checked in early, which made our arrival so smooth and stress-free. His kindness really set the tone for our whole trip."

"We stayed here last month and had a wonderful experience. The hotel’s location was excellent, and the staff was exceptionally helpful and cordial. Our room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. The breakfast was delicious, with a fantastic variety of options, and it was definitely worth enjoying at the hotel. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone!"
