The hotel was located in the best location and was spotless clean with heated floors in the BR. The staff in the dining area were very friendly and attentive. The front desk staff/receptionist area needs better customer service. They were not happy looking and courteous, they were more focus looking at the computer more than anything else.🤔

We stayed for 5 nights in room 2209 in block 2. Our stay was close to perfection in a fantastic location. At all times the staff in the reception was courteous and very helpful as well as highly professional.. A free welcome drink was offered to each one of us in the bar - a nice touch. Free cold drinks were on offer in the foyer with pastries and snacks which was very welcomed in the heatwave. Breakfast consisted of a great choice, was a little chaotic at busy times but considering the variety on offer and the shape of the restaurant it was well managed. The room itself was immaculate, clean, well designed, the shower and aircon worked perfectly and the bed was so comfortable - 10/10. Note that this room was right above a noisy bar which played a variety of music from soft guitar to loud party pop. It finished promptly at 11pm every day. All in all, a perfect stay and we will stay again if we are in Budapest again.

Traveled here for our anniversary trip and we are glad we chose the BasiliQ. The hotel is beautiful, clean, service and staff are very friendly and nice. The hotel's location is amazing. It's right next to St. Stephens Basicla. There are a ton of restaurants and dessert places few feet away, even a Lidl. We did walk pretty much everywhere. If you're from a country that uses Uber, it's connected to their Taxi service. We used that to get to further places. Staff - we were checked in by Flora and she was wonderful along with rest of the staff. I wish I remembered all their names, but they truly were wonderful and kind. Room - very convenient and nice sized. We had a double bed room. Mattress were wonderful, you can even request memory foam pillows. We had an inside room (court yard facing) and was very quiet. We loved the spacious room and didn't feel cramped. There is a kettle, espresso/coffee maker, and a cooler in the room. Breakfast - I posted pictures of the breakfast buffet. Food overall was very good. You had the variety of veggies, eggs, yogurt, donuts and other sweets, juices, tea, coffee, and bread as well. We enjoyed breakfast every morning! Bar- Hotel gives you 2 complimentary drinks, you can only use that for limited drinks. Cool part is they give you 20% off your bill if you're a guest. Lovely hotel, we would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay here! The location was perfect- being by the basilica allowed us endless cafe and shop options, a close walk to Liberty Square, the river and Parliament. We even walked back from Buda Castle across the bridge through the city- it was gorgeous. The staff was helpful and kind, it was a good breakfast included, and the room was spacious! Which is a real win for Europe in the summer. We highly recommend staying here- we miss it already!
