"This hotel had really great accommodations as well as detailed service, that made our trip so much special! The view from our room was spectacular as well. They even surprised my grilfriend on her birthday with decorations, donuts, and flowers!! 10/10 highly recommend visiting if you are staying in mexico city. One of the staff evelyn was really great in giving recommendations for things to do as well. Lastly it is in the middle of everything, shopping, food, bars, clubs!! so super walkable!"

"The room was clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location is convenient. However, there was so much noise from the traffic, day and night, nonstop. We had to keep our earplugs in all night. When they fell out, we got woken up by sirens or car horns in the middle of the night without fail. The bed was smaller than US sizing (we booked a room supposedly with a queen-sized bed), so book a king if you expect at least a US Queen."

"Absolutely loved my stay in Hotel Casa Ciudad! The room was clean, the location was excellent and within walking distance to a lot of places and restaurants, and the staff was great! Heads up, the hotel is situated on a street with a couple of bars and clubs right across so it can get noisy during the weekend for those who want a quiet night. I personally did not mind the noise and was able to use ear plugs I brought with me to get a good night sleep. I actually did like seeing the people of Mexico City partying until the morning. If you are thinking of staying here, I would say this is the only thing to consider; otherwise, everything was excellent!"
