"Very good hotel. Staff are very helpful and kind and the rooms were in excellent condition. Also not too far on the tram into the centre so is perfect."

They need to realize that a customer who have travelled far and is tired they need refreshment. so the staff needed to clean it up earlier espcially when I had contacted them early.
