We stayed in the panorama suite - truly one of the best rooms we’ve ever stayed in. Views were absolutely incredible, the room is designed immaculately and it had so many amazing features (steam shower, jacuzzi bath, walk in closet). Aside from the room the lobby / bar areas of the hotel are stunning with the same beautiful views of the mountains. The ability to have direct access to the water is great. Getting into the center of the city is very easy via bus. I really hope I get the chance to stay here again.

An exceptional hotel. Stunning location, friendly and efficient staff. We were welcomed worth a cold towel and refreshing drink after a long journey. We were very lucky to receive an upgrade for celebrating our anniversary however, any room in this hotel would be stunning. The view was out of this world. Thank you. We well be back.

We paid approx. 800.00 US dollars a night with the expectation that there would be air conditioning and a peaceful environment. The room was a standard room and very basic and stuffy. The ac worked, but was not adequate to cool the room. Leaving the windows open for fresh air was not an option due to lots of mosquitos! So, sleep was not restful. In the morning we sat on our balcony to enjoy the lake view. Well, the employees were talking and setting up early and ALL morning. It turned peace and tranquility into a noisy and chaotic experience. Not enjoyable at all. The shampoo dispenser was broken, there were no amenities such as lotion and etc. and, the room had these massive curtains that covered the walls and tv. When you open them, they slide right off the panel. The positives are the parking was easy and accessible. The public bus is right in front of the hotel. The staff was warm and friendly. Sleep and peace were our expectations at this price point and it was sadly not delivered. We will not stay again
