Charming hotel located in courage. Staff was excellent and helpful. I enjoyed my stay.

This is one of the best stays I have EVER HAD! I travel often and always, but the stay at this location was EXCEPTIONAL! High-tech and leaps bounds above other hotels!

I have stayed in Geneva several times a year for many years, and found a new favorite here. The room - especially the bathroom! - was great; the front desk staff - especially Valentina! - was superlative; we loved the location; and we were delighted they were able to put us in our room right away when we arrived jet lagged at 9 am.

Hotel is great. The rooms are a little small. Not an issue if you're just sleeping there. For folks that are traveling Europe, it becomes tough to move about the room when each person has a large's an issue with my wife and I piece of luggage.

Very quite, great for family

We stayed three nights and were very pleased with the value. It is an older hotel and fairly basic, but was clean and well kept. The staff was very helpful and generally spoke very good English. Service was friendly and very good. It is located right across from the train station and is maybe three blocks from the canal and the old part of Annecy. This hotel was a great value.

NH is a great hotel to stay at near the Geneva airport. Quiet, comfortable and peaceful. Our check in was efficient, welcoming and warm. Thank you Laila. The room clean and quiet, the restaurant good and convenient. Will stay again coming and going from flights to Geneva.

Lovely hotel in a great location.

The location of the hotel is great, right on the lake, close to the water shuttle and good restaurants. The staff were helpful and nice. My only negative was the breakfast. The salmon and the lemon were dried up and the orange juice watery. We decided to pass on eating there.

The location of the hotel was phenomenal! Steps from the waterside, shopping, restaurants, and grocery within steps. Public transport so close. Room was good- very clean, spacious bathroom and nice water pressure, good hot water. Air conditioner excellent. Staff was extremely helpful. The hotel exceeded my expectations.

I stayed here for work and enjoyed it so much that I made a reservation here when my family joined me. The staff was very helpful including with assistance buying online soccer tickets in Zurich. This is an older property but we were very comfortable and enjoyed Le Bistro restaurant. Most importantly the location truly couldn’t be beat! The free 15 tram made getting around so easy. The hotel is an easy walk to Lake Geneva and the old city.

Staff was super friendly

This was a quick 3 night trip to Geneva. What a great location; can walk to the lake from the hotel and make reservations for local activities right at the hotel desk. Did not have anything planned in advance and the staff was very helpful in booking several activities. Took the combination tour: City Tour (bus and small train), Boat Tour (Lake Geneva…though was informed the name is actually lac Léman.), and Annecy, France. Found Geneva takes USD, EUR, and CHF currencies. Annecy only...

Great!

This is an older but very well maintained hotel. He staff was a little rude at initially greeting us but redeemed themselves with great service the rest of our stay. The hotel is in a business and government district so it’s a little quieter on weekends.

the soap dispenser in the bathroom is difficult to use for people with arthritis
