Excellent stay at Hotel D Genève. The location is superb — very convenient for the train station and within easy walking distance of the lake, shops, restaurants and the main sights of Geneva. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. My room was stylish, comfortable and spotlessly clean, with everything I needed. The amenities were also excellent and helped make the stay feel particularly comfortable and relaxing. Overall, Hotel D Genève is a great choice for anyone visiting the city. Excellent location, lovely rooms and genuinely helpful staff. I would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it.

Hotel was lovely and functional, and staff was great. Location was highly convenient to train station - but, given that it was near the train station, was a bit of a strange area. Was with friends but might not have felt great about being there alone at night. Stayed in downtown Geneva at the beginning of my trip and enjoyed it much more. Chose this hotel for proximity to train station and it absolutely served that purpose, and property itself was flawless, but you do wind up with some interesting locales when you’re near train stations in general so it’s always a compromise!

Tucked away in an interesting neighborhood (being so close to the train station may be a sign), the hotel itself is very clean. Staff is great! Temp. in room couldn’t get as cool as we would have liked due to a law, so warm at night. Overall, very nice. Neighborhood (opposite a strip club) is questionable (this is entirely subjective - may not bother others).
