"The front desk persons were always helpful, especially getting me water and ice; never gone to a hotel where getting water was so difficult, none even in the room fridge. The elevator makes you feel very fat, it creaks and moans every time you use it, makes you wonder when they’ve had it last serviced. The restaurant was constantly closed and lights off do to not enough business or staff. It always amazes me when businesses blame economy for bad times but, at the same time, how is it Cactus Club is booming and hard to get a reservation? The hotel looks like something that once was but is no more. The pictures online are not anything like the real experience. Definitely paying the higher dollar for the Best Western near Superstore. Also, the bed headboard is too high and your pillow gets jammed in the space; had to jam another pillow in the space to make it somewhat work for me. The plug behind the mattress is at the right night to push the plug out, to only find out in the morning that none of your stuff charged. "
