The property is for sure dated, but mostly clean, staff were friendly. The only not clean thing i noticed was dust in places like the front of cabinets, but a busy summer is just ending, ive worked jobs like these so I get it. Overall my experience was good. Just to note there is no AC, this was fine for my stay, they had opened windows when i booked so it was fairly cool.

Loved our two night stay at this hotel! Friendly, helpful staff and an exceptionally clean room. Across from the motel is a boardwalk along the ocean channel. We strolled and enjoyed the boats and watched the seals. Will definitely stay again!

This was a very convenient stay close to the ferry terminal for our early morning ferry. While the room was scrupulously clean, and the amenities were very good in that there were good soaps, nice towels, etc. the one major drawback was that the room was barely bigger than the bed. Had it been just that little bit bigger it would’ve gotten five stars all across the board.

Note that the property is pretty old, so you will sleep in smells of mold/old wood/old sewage system etc for the night. Not too strong tho, tolerable considering the price and location. If you are not able to climb stairs do not book this hotel. To get to any of the rooms you have to go up stairs. Our hotel room was more like a small apartment. It was on the second floor. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Our room was not updated like the picture.
