The room was spacious and clean. The bed was really comfortable. The staff were very nice and accommodating. We, including our dog were very happy and comfortable during our stay. Will definitely book here again if we decide to return to Parksville sometime in the future.

One of the best stays we have had in a very long time !! Superb room with fantastic facilities -- staff were excellent and outdoor lounging area made it perfect. Being able to bring along our small pet dog was the icing on the cake !!! We will be back :)

Staff Arman is friendly young man - goes beyond yo help you out. The room is newly renovated so super clean and very useful kitchen for any need for a quick meal. Air cons works really well. Overall super positive experience, would stay again. Don’t forget the free mini golf game across the street. Seniors enjoyed it!!!

This is an absolute gem. The staff are incredible and very helpful. From the outside, the property has the earmarks of a motel, although very neat and clean with cedar wood facing. Then, you open the door into your room and you are transformed into a high quality hotel setting. Large king sized bed, 60 inch tv and a tidy, modern kitchen with new amenities. The bathroom is very modern, but the telling aspect of any hotel are the towels for me. Large, comfortable and expensive. This place hits the mark for quality at a very reasonable price. I was very surprised and equally impressed. The location is also a big plus. Based beside a busy road, but quiet inside with windows and shades. A great place.

Check in was very easy. The room was clean with big comfy bed, lovely shower and huge white fluffy towels. The room had a coffee machine but also toaster and kettle in the cupboard with loads more pods etc in reception if all those in the room were used. The only thing to be aware of is as we had used a credit card to book but then paid on arrival we noticed it had been charged twice. On querying we were told that one of the payments was a security deposit and would be refunded once the room had been cleaned on departure. The person on reception was very helpful in explaining this and true to their word one of the payments was refunded by lunchtime on the day of departure. Would recommend this hotel.

We had a lovely stay and would choose it again for our future trips. The room amenities and layout were extremely convenient for a young family with a child - separate bedroom with a king size bed for the kids, a kitchenette and dining table, and another king bed in the main living space. Bathroom was fantastic but could have used a proper clean (pink grime around shower and floors). The management did a great job tastefully decorating and picking the items to invest in given the price point. Our 3 year old loved the unlimited mini golf too, especially on drizzling days. The front staff was amazing too, super friendly. AND there is guest laundry on site. Only feedback would be to provide stools for families with young children so they can use the bathroom sink to wash their hands and teeth, and climb onto the toilet themselves - $7 from Ikea would be perfect and they're black so they'd match your decor. Also, some oven mitts and trivets so guests don't damage your countertops and stovetop! Fantastic place especially for young families!

Very nicely renovated motel, our room was very spacious, the staff is helpful and hard working. The kitchen could use a few more items like a toaster, but they did have one we were able to borrow from the lobby. Free mini golf was a nice bonus too. I highly recommend staying here.
