Setting of the hotel right at the Lake of Thun and its big property overlooking the most spectacular Swiss mountains made the stay very special. There are a number of free parking spots right in front of the hotel first come first served. Tip: arrive early to get one. Bus #21 runs up and down the lake from Thun to Interlaken with a stop 100ft away. Bus fare is free to guests staying in hotels in the area. Beautiful time in Thun.
We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Eden! It is a beautiful property, amazing views and the perfect couples retreat! We arrived a little early by train (we took the Golden Pass train from Montreux which was also a highlight) and so we enjoyed the spa and a private pool until our room was ready. The deluxe room was spacious with gorgeous views and very comfortable! The breakfasts were lovely and we really enjoyed evening cocktails on the patio if the restaurant. Very clean hotel with excellent service! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always happy to answer our questions. Cruz and other staff went above and beyond to help us navigate public transportation and find the best tourist areas to visit. The breakfast was great, and the view of the mountains and lake was absolutely breathtaking. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!

A really wonderful hotel in the magical town of Murren. Our rooms were very nice with comfortable beds- except for the cot that my adult son had to sleep on as #3 in the room- that was thin and somewhat uncomfortable.
