8/10 Very good

The hotel’s staff were amazing and the hotel was very clean. Since it was in the old town, it was easy walk to many shops and restaurants. If it wasn’t for such a hard bed, i would have given them a five.

This is a great hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The hotel had a good breakfast. Thun is a beautiful town and it was easy to explore everything around Interlaken from Thun without paying Interlaken hotel prices. Many of the restaurants are closed on Sunday and Monday in Thun. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We enjoyed this centrally located hotel. It was really helpful to have air-condtioning since we were there during a heatwave. The staff was helpful and the breakfast, although not as diverse as some places we stayed, was very tasty. We would stay here again.

The plus room is great with plenty of space and a river view, but the classic room is very small. We appreciated having AC since it was 20+ Fahrenheit hotter than average. Beds were comfortable but pillows very flat, need to fold it in half to be comfortable under your neck. Great location.
