"Holes, cigarette burns in linens. Broken luggage rack. No cribs at all despite listing on hotels.com. Hot water took several minutes to heat. Floor was dirty. High chair in breakfast area was dirty. I was only allowed the exact number of towels for people in the room after asking (room had 2 towels to start). Not

"One of my favorite hotel to stay in Savannah. Centrally located. City parking garage is right next door. Walking distance to numerous great restaurants like the Pink House and Vic's on the River. Steps away from River Street. Nice rooftop pool and hot tub. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. Front desk staff is always happy and helpful"
