family stay for one night was absolutely great! The gentleman at the front desk was so helpful especially when we couldnt get the tv to work he came to our room and got it all right for us! Also the same gentleman (i forget his name unfortunately) he made sure he returned my boyfriends wallet that was found outside that had fallen out of his pocket! Our room was very cozy clean and great! We will definitely be staying again on our next family

"Excellent hotel stay! Very clean, quiet. Had a large balcony area near the pool with tables and chairs that was nice. Room was clean, very big, great city views. Bathroom clean. Hotel staff was friendly, efficient. Parking in the garage was very simple. 4 elevators too, super speedy when needing to come and go. Very well insulated walls I guess because we didn't hear anything other than some of the city traffic. Several food options, entertainment, coffee within very short walking distance....

"Overall all the amenities were excellent. The service in your restaurant the Pergola was below average. The gentlemen who appeared to be the manager was not friendly or made us feel welcome at breakfast. We were the only ones there at 7:30am. The service was somewhat attentive although would disappear for extended periods of time. 18% predetermined gratuity for a buffet breakfast was a bit presumptuous. We stopped there for a drink on Saturday nite and again not an inviting atmosphere. "
