The hotel under construction, no stuff except one in the Front desk they don’t clean the rooms if you ask for towels, you need to go down to the front desk to get them yourself. Kind of a nice hotel bed experience.

This property is currently under renovation. So the amenities are discontinued while this is ongoing. The building was not secure, there is only one elevator that is allowed to be used by guests and the staff was not very friendly upon our arrival. Our room was nice. It was clean. The beds were OK. We were only there to sleep while driving but would’ve enjoyed a free breakfast.

The hotel had been recently renovated and was very nice. Room was comfortable and inviting. Breakfast was supposed to start at 6 am but was never ready before 6:30 am. The one thing that really put me off is the pool. I booked this hotel for the main reason that it has an indoor pool, however with the birthday party that was going on out of one room and the pool filled with too many kids, it was impossible to use for my small grandchildren and me. The kids were out of control with no adult supervision. I actually spoke to several other families who booked this hotel for the pool and they had the same complaint.

Staff is always helpful. Rooms are always very clean and smell good. If there is an issue..staff will do anything they can to fix. I love staying here. Pets welcome too !!

The hotel has obviously been newly refurbished. The rooms are spacious, well appointed, clean, and well designed. They had a small continental breakfast with coffee, juices, and pastries which was a nice touch and the staff said that they are planning to have a breakfast with more options in the coming weeks. The lobby and breakfast area were really nice. Beds were comfortable, but pillows were the basic small, square pillows that most hotels have decided to go with these days. Our "ding" for this property is that the doors seem to be having issues (we really had to push to get our room door to open both entering and exiting.) Staff said that because they are new, the seals are extra stiff so hopefully this is something that will improve over time. Overall, this is one of the nicer hotels in this area, and we would stay here again if in the area.

Brandon the front desk clerk was fantastic. He was willing to accommodate our needs. The room was good and the lobby looked clean although it was under construction. I will definitely stay again.

Clean room. Room was smaller than a typical hotel room. Would stay again

4/10 Fair

The hotel is undergoing construction. The lobby was covered by clear construction tarps. Most of the first level was under construction. There was a door left open which creates a security risk. Most of the hotel smelled like smoke. Our room was clean and did not smell. Our shower was broken and only had scalding hot water. We needed to shower quickly in the morning and would not have had time to call maintenance.

Rooms are always very clean and updated.. staff is normally very helpful. You might get your staff member that has a harder time helping out ..but I think everyone has a bad day.... I love staying here and have tried other hotels just to come back here.
