The 2 bedroom suite was perfect for my daughter and I and so we had time to hang in the living room and enjoy a movie together but our own space to read and relax at night. Spent the weekend in Newport, on our way home from Boston. Hotel was conveniently located, but needed the car to get to town and restaurants. Room was clean and very spacious, perfect for family with little children. Breakfast was generous, eggs, waffles, sausage, bacon, etc. and hot coffee. Cookies in the late afternoon. Staff was friendly and helpful in making dining recommendations I would stay here again and do recommend this property

Our first stay at the Serenity Inn was excellent. Over the years, I have stayed in many places when visiting Newport, but none as conveniently located as the Serenity Inn. Easy walking distance to Newport harbor with its restaurants and shops, as well as to Bellevue Ave with the mansions and other attractions. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Parking is tight with 7 spots on premises, but there is additional parking close by.
