"Convenient location, clean"

"No fridge or microwave. Have to go to lobby to use microwave. You can hear people outside pulling luggage and every time the close a door in next room or the door coming in and out. The doors are heavy and hard to close. The doors make alot of noise. Nice worker has a bob and a little older. I didn’t get her name. There is a Wendy’s next door and Dennys next door as well. That was a plus. "

"We had an amazing stay while here! Rooms were very clean, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Shout out to Jaunita at the front desk, she made check in a fun and entertaining experience. We will be staying here again next time we visit Florida City!"

"This place was exactly what we needed! It was a one day trip before a cruise out of Miami! I would stay again, before our next cruise! It was smaller than our state room on the cruise ship, but very cute and comfortable, and very close to the port of Miami! Cocktails, coffee and food were also good!"

"Room was very small if you can get a suite go that route because the other rooms are small & between our family 5 & our luggage it was just tight. Beds could have been more comfortable but I was happy we were only staying a few hours we got in late ( my mom ) checked us in earlier because she flew in earlier than we did. It wasn’t far @ all from the port & we ubered over it was cheaper to just do that than use the hotels services. "

"Hyatt accommodated us as early arrivers with a sick family member and immediately put us in a room, for which we were thankful. However, although the room was sufficient for a short time, it did smell heavily of marijuana and upon reporting this to the front desk we were immediately moved to a lovely room on the 6th floor. Staff was pleasant, professional and understanding. Pool area was clean, but many chairs were in need of replacement. Restaurant was commendable for cleanliness and light fair, but there are limited beverages offered and no alcohol served. Overall, our travel party was very pleased with this particular Hyatt and would stay there again."
