"The check-in experience was extremely disappointing and made us feel very unwelcome from the moment we arrived. The front desk associate did not greet us or offer any kind of welcoming attitude. Instead, she immediately asked for our ID and credit card in a cold and dismissive manner. She was handling a stack of cards while checking us in and failed to explain anything about the hotel, amenities, or our stay. Her behavior came across as rude, unprofessional, and inattentive. Overall, it left a very negative first impression and greatly affected our experience."

"Hotel was just okay for the price, not very nice. Breakfast area was overcrowded and they ran out of certain food items and silverware. Expecting guests to eat breakfast with no silverware is unacceptable. Most of the staff were not very helpful or accommodating. Overall hotel wasn’t very well maintained. Wouldn’t stay here again."

"We had an extremely clean room and the staff was outstanding. It was convenient to have a restaurant and bar on site. Unfortunately, the bed was similar to a futon and was extremely uncomfortable. The room is beyond basic. I liked the chic look and the price was good. The pool is tiny (appears larger in the pictures- great job by the photographer). We had dinner in the restaurant and it was fabulous. The mahi mahi and steak were to die for. "
